By making use of your “Piiink” Membership you will be accepting the following terms and conditions of membership of the “Piiink” Community Program set by “Piiink”:

1. The “Piiink” Community Program is open to all approved members of the program purchasing normal retail quantities of goods and services from participating merchants (“Piiink” Merchants). “Piiink” reserves the right to limit the quantity of goods and services that can be purchased using your “Piiink” Membership.
2. “Piiink” reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or alter the terms and conditions of participation in the “Piiink” Community Program at any time. “Piiink” will give you advance notice of any changes on its website at piiink.org (“Piiink” Website).  You can cancel your membership within the period of that advance notice if you do not wish to accept the changes. You can cancel your membership via the “Piiink” Website.  By continuing to use your “Piiink” Membership after the period of advance notice has expired, you will be deemed to have accepted the amended terms and conditions.
3. The “Piiink” Merchant who you have applied to for a “Piiink” Membership (Issuing Merchant) will issue you with a “Piiink” Membership.
4. You can earn “Piiink Cash” with your “Piiink” Membership as soon as it is issued, but you will not be able to redeem “Piiink Cash” until you have registered with “Piiink”. You can register your “Piiink” Membership on the “Piiink” Website or by downloading the “Piiink” App.
5. Each “Piiink” Merchant will nominate a “Piiink” percentage (“Piiink Cash” Percentage). “Piiink Cash” earned is based on the “Piiink Cash” Percentage of the total purchase price (inc. GST). “Piiink” Merchants can change the “Piiink” Percentage from time to time. For example, if a “Piiink” Merchant has nominated a “Piiink” Percentage of 10%, for every ten dollars (inc. GST) you spend at that “Piiink” Merchant you will earn 1 “Piiink Cash”. Note: Some goods and services offered by a “Piiink” Merchant may not attract “Piiink” Piiink Cash.
6. To earn “Piiink Cash” you must present your “Piiink” Membership before the transaction is totaled at the register. “Piiink Cash” cannot be earned or a transaction cannot be reversed for the purpose of earning “Piiink Cash” if the “Piiink” Membership is not presented before the transaction is totalled.
7. Only 1 “Piiink” Membership can be used to earn “Piiink Cash” on each transaction.
8. All our merchants will donate to the charity of your choice from each transaction
9. All our merchants donate funds to your membership issuer from each transaction
10. “Piiink Cash” may be redeemed at the issuing “Piiink” Merchant only. One (1) “Piiink Cash” = $1.00. By redeeming 1 “Piiink Cash” you are entitled to $1 off that purchase. To redeem “Piiink Cash” you must present your “Piiink” Membership.
11. Only 1 “Piiink” Membership can be used to earn or  redeem “Piiink Cash” on each transaction.
12. You will be required to input your 6 digit PIN for any “Piiink Cash” redeemed to verify that you have authorised the redemption.  “Piiink Cash” cannot be redeemed by anyone other than you, and your 6 digit PIN will be required and verified before any redemption is processed.
13. Your “Piiink Cash” balance will be reduced by the amount of “Piiink Cash” redeemed.
14. “Piiink Cash”  may be redeemed up to 2 years after they are earned.  After that, they expire and your “Piiink Cash” balance will be automatically reduced by the number of “Piiink Cash” that have expired.
15. You also earn “Piiink Cash” on the value of “Piiink Cash” that you redeem (calculated at the “Piiink” Percentage nominated by the Merchant that you redeem your “Piiink Cash” at).
16. You can check your “Piiink Cash” balance at any time via the  “Piiink” App.
17. “Piiink Cash” are non-transferable.
18. A “Piiink” Merchant may apply to reverse “Piiink Cash” earned where a transaction is cancelled or a refund is given
19. “Piiink” may correct erroneous, invalid “Piiink” credits or adjust for reversed transactions at any time even if it results in a negative “Piiink” balance.
20. If you lose your “Piiink” Membership please contact “Piiink” via the “Piiink” Website or support line. A new “Piiink” Membership Number can be issued or picked up from a participating “Piiink” Merchant.
21. “Piiink” Australia respects your privacy. “Piiink” Australia will collect, store and use your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).  You consent to “Piiink” using your personal information to operate and provide you with membership benefits of the “Piiink” Community Program.  You also consent to “Piiink” using your personal information to assist in planning, developing and enhancing the “Piiink” Program (for example, “Piiink” may seek your feedback on the “Piiink” Program).
22. “Piiink” has relationships with third parties to whom “Piiink” may make disclosures of your personal information in connection with such uses. You consent to “Piiink” disclosing your personal information to those with whom “Piiink” has service arrangements (these may include call centres, mailing houses and printers) and to those with whom “Piiink” have alliance arrangements, where disclosure is for the purpose of the above uses to which you have consented.
