Debt Relief MLaw Singapore is a debt advisory firm providing impartial debt relief advice and solutions, confidential credit counseling, bankruptcy education, and educational initiatives promoting financial literacy in Singapore. The team refers to the Singapore Legal System to assist clients through the Debt Repayment Scheme administered by the Official Assignee (OA) from the Ministry of Law’s Insolvency Office.

On occasion, where appropriate, clients are referred to speak to other agencies or charities funded by the banks such as Credit Counselling Singapore to help them deal with their situation. We do not receive any payment for these referrals.
